Zomato Kitchens is a kitchen infrastructure service where Zomato will work with select restaurant operators thereby aiding in expanding their business to more locations while ensuring they incur minimal fixed cost and creating more options for the users. In order to be able to provide kitchen infrastructure services to such select restaurant operators, we are seeking out passionate entrepreneurs to help set-up and operate Zomato Kitchens. A typical Zomato Kitchen would be approx 2000-3000 sq. ft. in size, housing multiple restaurant operators. Typical investment size per kitchen would be around Rs.35 L.
