We, the founders at Aieroc, come from a very different background. Born and brought up in different cities and different states, we embarked on our journey towards our dream when we decided to join the best Institute for hospitality in our country, IHM-Aurangabad. With dreams in our heads, and hard work and focus as our drive, we started off together in graduation. From being in the same batch to ending up in the same friend circle, at the start of the year, we both gelled along quite well. The nights after working hard at the kitchen and getting a hands on experience of how best of best service can be offered to a customer, we began to sit together and planned about opening our own restaurants. We firmly believe in the fact that thoughts become things. Our friendship was very colourful not only personally but also professionally. With a bonding like ours, opening restaurants in partnership, felt safe. But before we could let ourselves out in the open, we both agreed on the fact that industry experience is a must. As learning the nitty- gritty of the world of hospitality would only contribute to a definite success of our plan. So both of us channelled our energies on gaining experience. After a knowledge enhancing and successful stint at big corporate hospitality giants, we came back together with the same conviction with which we started. And that has made all the difference!! With Ayush holding expertise in revenue management and Tapan honing his gastronomy skills, the young dream of experienced, yet young minds started to take its shape. Today we have successfully opened our two branches in the city of Indore, the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh and Surat, and the Diamond and textile hub in Gujarat. Both of us have a love for our cities as they are our homes and we know and believe that we shall be able to serve our city in the best way possible. Our whole and soul commitment is towards understanding the needs of the customers, what can scintillate the taste buds of each of them and to constantly innovate our offerings to serve you in a better way. Our love and passion for our service is ever evolving and we promise to deliver the best of an experience to you.
