Brownie Heaven is a product-centric brand created and conceptualized by Chef Nishant, a gold medallist from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal and former Jr Sous Chef with ITC Hotels. Our vision at Brownie Heaven is to provide our customers with high quality, artisanal brownies, baked fresh to ensure the right texture, mouthfeel and taste as compared to the mass-produced, pre-mix-based brownies available in the market currently. Our menu has been curated from the choicest ingredients available. Better ingredients make better brownies. Every one of them has been personally selected from only the most reputable sources to make a unique recipe.

We have an extensive menu with 99 flavours of brownie to begin with. While only 12-15 will be displayed at any point of time, all other flavours can be made-to-order. We also have 25 plus dessert based creations and drinks based on brownies. Besides, even classic desserts such as Banoffee, Tiramisu have been re-imagined with brownies.

We would provide interior design & layout for the store, equipment selection & purchase, training of staff. Brownies (finished product) will be supplied by the brand and accessory items will be available for purchase. We also provide marketing support to our franchise partners.
