Drifters Cafe is an Asian QSR chain that was amongst the first food trucks in the country. We have since expanded to include dine in restaurants, takeaways and cloud kitchens. Our menus are dynamic based on seasonality, as well as customer trends and good old comfort food favourites. By not restricting ourselves to a singular cuisine, but experimenting with new dishes and 'meals in a box' we always keep our menu fresh and exciting for our customers while building up the expectation for what is coming next. Our main cuisine inspirations however, come from South East Asia, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences. We are currently looking to sign up franchise partners who are interested in a FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) franchise model.
