Equipment: The franchisor will offer support in sourcing of materials required for centre interiors and equipment from trusted vendors. Manpower: The franchisor can assist franchisees in recruiting professionally trained and certified therapists and other resources. Training: The franchisor will conduct training program regardless of the franchisee’s experience, covering operations, administration, vendor management, accounts management and marketing. Operations Manual: The franchisor will provide an Operations Manual containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures and rules for running the franchise operations. Franchise Coordinator: The franchisor will appoint a franchise coordinator to bridge the gap between the franchisor and franchisee.
