We started with volume hiring for entry and mid level for global MNCs and graduated to largely senior management and leadership roles as our main focus. Our specialized services are in IT, Knowledge Services (KPO) Actuarial Science, BFSI, Analytics, Investment Banking, Supply Chain, Telecom, Investment Research, Business Research, Foreign Languages, Digital & Robotics and Consulting. We offer 360 degree integrated solutions for recruitment strategy & services. We have a unique methodology for sourcing which combines best of job portals & professional networks like LinkedIn and other social platforms. This is further augmented with ATS- an advanced Software tool for real-time tracking of candidates status. So far we have placed more than 15,000 candidates through volume hiring including in Management levels and Leadership roles. For every candidate we source we receive 8.5% to 16% of Annual CTC as professional fee from our clients. For volume hiring a flat fee / slabs are paid by clients. Currently have more than 25 active Global MNCs and Fortunate 1000 Companies as our clients along with some of the largest domestic conglomerates.
